The timer helps you to concentrate on one task at a time. The recorded data show you how much you’ve done today, for example, compared to the day before or last week.
Assign tasks to specific days on your calendar. Remember, though, that the main purpose is to plan your workload for today and tomorrow and not to look too far into the future. Today counts!
